We offer a convenient user-friendly end-to-end reservation application.
The ActiveReservations™ platform provides modules for online and call centre based reservations, local operating systems with integrated POS, and administrative management interfaces. The entire application operates in real time via the Internet. This eliminates any need for locally installed software or hardware and only requires a web-enabled PC for access.
The back end code and hosting environment is fully mirrored and redundant. It was architected to exceed Government of Canada security and redundancy requirements. ActiveReservations™ has been implemented in Both Canadian Federal and Provincial environments.
Each module within the application can operate independently or in conjunction with each other providing for a complete scalable and flexible solution. This means that ActiveReservation™ can be used out of the box, or customized to meet specific client needs.
