Our ActiveContact™ contact centre application is a fully web-based agent desktop solution that eliminates many of the hard costs associated with traditional call centre software applications. This tool manages all aspects of the customer inbound contact interaction, facilitating and capturing caller and call details, and providing call wrap up metric recording. Agent scripting can be managed on the fly for real-time campaign management and FAQ and other agent resource wizards are at the agents' fingertips to streamline and reduce call times.
